EFFECTS: Expect winds from the west of 30 to 45 mph with localized gusts to 65 mph, through Thursday.
IMPACTS: Winds this strong can make hiking or driving difficult. High profile vehicles are most susceptible to the strong winds. Motorists should use extra caution.
