A Lahaina man was arrested Thursday morning on charges of trafficking methamphetamine. Maui Police arrested 41 year-old Paea K. Faleta at his residence. They served a search warrant at 6:10 a.m. Thursday.
As a result of their search, police found 8.42 grams of crystal methamphetamine, four glass smoking pipes, a surveillance camera and monitor and two shotgun rounds of ammunition.
Faleta was arrested and charged with methamphetamine trafficking in the first degree, three counts of promotion of a dangerous drug, four counts of prohibited acts relating to drug paraphernalia and keeping ammunition.
Bail has been set – but Maui Police have not confirmed whether or not Faleta has been released.
