The National Weather Service in Honolulu has issued a SPECIAL WEATHER ADVISORY for ALL HAWAIIAN ISLANDS.
EFFECTS: Scattered thunderstorms will affect the state tonight. Storms are moving towards the southeast around 10 to 15 mph. Expect frequent dangerous lightning, small hail and locally heavy rain with the strongest storms.
PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES: IF THUNDERSTORMS OCCUR, SEEK SHELTER TO PROTECT YOURSELF FROM LIGHTNING. IF FUNNEL CLOUDS EXTEND TO THE GROUND, THEY CAN PRODUCE DANGEROUS WINDS. REMAIN ALERT FOR CHANGING WEATHER CONDITIONS AND STAY TUNED TO NOAA WEATHER RADIO, OR LOCAL MEDIA SOURCES FOR FURTHER INFORMATION.
