Maui Police have arrested two men they believe held up the First Hawaiian Bank in Pukalani this week. They also arrested a woman.
Wednesday evening at about 7:30 pm, as a result of an ongoing investigation the Detectives of the Criminal Investigations Division, Officers of the Special Response Team (SRT), and Patrol Units, located and arrested two local males, ages 25 and 28 year old, believed to have been involved with the Armed Robbery of the First Hawaiian Bank in Pukalani Tuesday afternoon at 3:05 pm.
Another local female was also arrested for Hindering Prosecution in the First Degree, at the time of the arrests. All parties were transported to the Wailuku Police Station for processing as Police seized one vehicle from a Lahaina Resort and a motorcycle from a residence in the Pukalani area.
At this time, no charges have been placed and the investigation is still ongoing. More information will be released once the investigation is completed.
