Armstrong Pacific has been awarded a $1.8-million contract to build the first phase of a new Easter Seals Hawaii facility on Maui.

The project, which includes renovation of 6,000 square feet of former Kamehameha Schools  and Maui Land & Pineapple Co.   preschool space in Kahului, is scheduled to be finished by August.
