A late winter storm that has been drenching our islands isn’t finished yet. Parts of Kaua’i received more than a foot of rain yesterday. Monday night it was the island of Moloka’i that was in the storm’s path. Severe thunderstorms with wind gusts to near 60 m.p.h. raked the island into the late night. Moloka’i received more than an inch and a half or rain and was under a severe thurnderstorm warning – along with the island of Maui – until 1 a.m.
